Returns:

  • You may return unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • All original tags must be attached, and the item must be in its original packaging.
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] or call us at +1 (305) 270-0918. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.
  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label. Please securely package the item and affix the label to the package.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.
  • If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund.

Exchanges:

  • At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or style, please return the unwanted item(s) and place a new order for the desired item(s).

Additional Information:

  • ShopPupu reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return policy requirements.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages during the return shipping process. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
  • Please allow up to 3-5 business days for your return to be processed once it is received at our warehouse.
