Refund and Returns Policy

We accept refunds for the original form of payment postmarked within 30 days of the date you receive your order. We accept online credit returns for non-final sale items postmarked within 30 days of the date you receive your order. Items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. Return (if applicable)
We accept product returns. Customers have the right to request a return within 30 days of receipt.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and still in its original packaging. In order to complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchases back to the manufacturer.

Return shipping:
Restocking fee: no charge
Damaged Products: Send damaged or wrong products and we will pay for return shipping.
Customer remorse: In the event of an exchange or unwanted product, you are responsible for paying for return shipping.

Refund (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and reviewed, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you to approve or deny the refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us at [email protected] immediately after purchase. Once your order has been processed, we cannot modify the contents of your order. Price changes, specials and/or promo codes are not valid for previous orders. We will not be able to modify orders prior to the price change. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled.

Returns are processed within 7-10 business days upon receipt of your package. Please allow additional time to process returned items reported as defective/in need of inspection.

You will receive an automated email notifying you of your refund once processed. Eligible returns will be refunded for the full value of the returned merchandise to the original method of payment. Shipping costs will be refunded only if the return is a manufacturer error or if there was a shipping error on our part.

Credits to your account may take 3-5 business days to appear on your statement once the return has been processed.

Delayed or lost refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund, please check your bank account again first. Then contact your credit card company and it may take some time for your refund to be officially issued. Next contact your bank. Refunds usually take some processing time. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].
